KU cupcakes!
On Saturday I made KU cupcakes in honor of the big KU vs. K-State game. Friends of ours threw a watch party, so we brought dessert... red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and blue sprinkles. Very festive! Red velvet is my new favorite... or maybe it's just the cream cheese icing. Either way, they went over well and KU won a very close game, so maybe I should make red velvet KU cupcakes for every game. We're superstitious like that...
